Humboldt University of Berlin entrusts Scheer with the implementation and operation of SAP S/4 HANA

Scheer GmbH is supporting the elite University in the implementation of efficient business processes based on a new SAP S/4 system landscape – as a general contractor offering support from conception all the way up to reliable operation.

With this project the renowned Humboldt University of Berlin intends to establish a unified resource management structure based on the digital core of SAP S/4 HANA. Digitized processes for general budgeting, invoicing, purchasing, personnel and buildings management will offer real time information for the intelligent support of the university’s research, teaching and administrative departments. With the change to S/4 HANA the Humboldt University of Berlin will create a unique position for itself amongst German universities in respect of the degree of innovation and the scope of the planned solution.      

The University needs a capable partner for this undertaking to accompany it into the new world of SAP S/4 HANA in a process-oriented way during the entire project cycle – from conception and implementation all the way up to operation. The expert universities team at Scheer accompanies many universities and research institutes in the process-based implementation of SAP systems. Among these are the elite universities RWTH Aachen University and the Free University of Berlin as well as all state run Institutes of Higher education in the State of Hamburg, which have all made the successful change to SAP ERP with the help of Scheer. Scheer is currently implementing SAP Student Lifecycle Management in all state run Institutes of Higher education in Saarland.
