After the acquisition of DSM, there was a need to align the systems and processes of Romer to DSM's best practices. Scheer was asked to investigate the option to deploy the Public Edition of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud platform. This resulted in an assignment to develop a template and roll-out plan to deploy the Public Cloud for Headquarters, Production, and Sales business units.
